The Lodge is surrounded by some of North Carolina's  most popular and well known points of interest including
Asheville, Biltmore Estates, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee reservation and casino, Gatlinburg, Maggie Valley, Pigeon Forge, Sliding Rock and Waynesville.
The Providence Lodge is a historic inn and gallery located on the tranquil grounds of Lake Junaluska in the western mountains of North Carolina. We accommodate artist retreats, corporate meetings, spiritual formations, youth trips, weddings, or anyone simply wishing to experience a rustic retreat free of the distractions of everyday life.

This cozy, rustic lodge was built in 1915 of native hemlock and constructed in board and batten style. While the infrastructure has been updated to include central heat and modern plumbing the Lodge retains an old-fashioned charm that reflects its mountain heritage.

You can talk to Anne and find out if she is serving up something special for breakfast (depending on occupancy numbers) OR there are plenty of delicious breakfast spots nearby in Waynesville or Maggie Valley. We will always provide a delicious complimentary continental spread with fresh fruit, muffins, healthy cereal, toastables,
juice and coffee!
